1.获取github.com的IP地址点击下方链接，获取一个地址：140.82.114.4

4.修改hosts文件
文件位置：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
添加映射到文件中：
140.82.114.4 github.com
151.101.1.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net
151.101.65.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net
151.101.129.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net
151.101.193.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net
185.199.108.153 assets-cdn.github.com
185.199.109.153 assets-cdn.github.com
185.199.110.153 assets-cdn.github.com
185.199.111.153 assets-cdn.github.com
假如无法修改应该是文件无权限修改，必要修改该文件的权限，允许修改：
（1）右键选中选择属性

（2）点击安全，查看用户是否对该文件由修改属性（我这里就是有）

5.革新DNS解析缓存并验证
（1）打开cmd

(2)输入ipconfig /flushdns，运行

6.地址栏输入github.com举行验证，访问速率变快了，假如后续速率又变慢了，可再次重复上述操纵，修改hosts
